Matassa is an innovative project of high quality retail food, 100% made in Italy. We offer the excellence of Italian fresh pasta that is handmade daily.

Every day our chefs create tortellini, tagliatelle, ravioli and other types of pasta in the window under the curious gaze of the customers, showing the traditional art of craftsmanship and the passion for Italian cuisine.

The fresh pasta is combined with different types of sauces always fresh that enhance the flavor and the different characteristics.

Who we are

Matassa is the name of the typical pasta of the city of Campagna, a small village in southern Italy, where the project was conceived and developed.

Matassa is a journey into the Italian culinary tradition. A unique experience that accompanies a concept, a reflection on Italian cuisine.
It means the past and the future that meet, giving everyone the opportunity to get to the heart of the process of creating one of our most famous food products in the world, pasta.
